Classic ASP

Classic ASP, previously referred to as ASP, although now due to confusion with ASP.NET is often referred to as Classic ASP, is a server-side programming language, for creating web applications.

It is generally now considered outdated, in favour of ASP.NET, which provides a range of security enhancements over Classic ASP.
