Phorm, previously 121media, is an technology company wth offices in London, New York and Moscow.
As 121media, they distributed several products classed as spyware - PeopleOnPage, and ContextPlus.
More recently they have been the subject of much criticism due to their PageSense advertising system, under discussion with several UK ISPs. A leaked report shows that BT trialed the PageSense system with tens of thousands of their broadband customers, without permission.
