HTML5

Still to be finalised, HTML5 will revise and improve the current markup language used to make webpages. HTML5 will largely reduce the requirement for third-party software, such a Adobe Flash, by adding simple code for the addition of audio and video.

HTML5 examples

These examples show a range of features, from standard, common requirements, to more complex use of new HTML5 features.

How can you use HTML5?

While HTML5 isn't yet finalised, features can be used as long as fallback solution is also provided. For example, audio and video can easily be set up to fall back to Flash, where HTML5 is not supported.
